We grow our peaches organically without using synthetic pesticides or fertilizers.
We hand pick our fruit ripe and use no chemicals, artificial additives or preservatives in processing.

Certified Organic
Peach Puree

We specialize in making certified organic frozen peach puree for the natural foods industry.

Our puree is made from select fruit for high natural sugar content (brix ranges from 11.5-14.0), optimal flavor and color, and naturally high mineral and vitamin content.

We do not use discards from fresh fruit shipments (culls), which fail to have high vitamin and mineral content, as well as flavor – which are vital to health and enjoyment.

Our peaches are pureed directly from the orchard. No hydroxides are used to peel or process the fruit. And nothing is added except organic Vitamin C (ascorbic acid) to preserve color.

Our peach purees are packed frozen in 40-lb barrier containers or 400-lb plastic barrels.

We believe that organic peach puree for baby food, jams, jellies, preserves, yogurt and fruit drinks should be made out of Grade B or better fruit. We do not use any fruit lower than Grade B in our products, and encourage you to demand that level of quality for your own products.

Old Regular Elberta Peaches

There are numerous varieties of yellow peaches that do not have the flavor, high brix, vitamins and minerals of the original Old Regular Elberta. We believe this variety is the best for flavor, minerals, vitamins and brix.

Canned Peaches

We still have limited quantities of Canned Regular Elberta and Nectar Peaches, packed in syrup. The peaches are grown organically but sweetened with regular sugar.
